1. Budget. We will need to address spending of ARRA funds (in order to complete the required survey). Please be prepared to discuss "how much money" you have left in each major budget code and "how you plan to spend it". It is my understanding that we are looking at trying to draw down to at least $100 within each budget code.
I'm still waiting on approval for the kinder boards for UT Elementary. As you recall, I had to submit an amendment for the boards installed outside of grades 3-5. I received a call about the amendment, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I know that this would take "care" of a significant portion of supplies, but we still haven't heard anything yet. I would look into spending this amount in another manner.
2. E3 Alliance. As part of our partnership, E3 is suppose to provide PD. Susan Dawson wanted to bring all participates back (paid ~ out of her fund for the most part) to discuss "what they learned", "how to keep the connections", etc. For those needing to spend on PD, this would be a great opportunity (if she can't pay for all stipends).
